Who we are

PropCraft AI is a product of Aibillity LLC (collectively, “PropCraft AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our websites, applications, and services (the “Services”).

Information we collect

• Account & Authentication. Name, email, and identity data from sign‑in providers (e.g., Google, Apple) via AWS Cognito.
• Billing & Subscriptions. Payment method details are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We keep subscription status, price IDs, and invoices/receipts metadata.
• Content & Usage. Property details, prompts, and generated outputs you create, along with timestamps and feature usage (e.g., generation counts).
• Technical data. Device, browser, IP address, pages visited, and diagnostics/logs to secure and improve the Services.
• Support & Communications. Messages you send to us (e.g., support requests, feedback) and related contact details.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services and core functionality.
• Authenticate users and secure accounts, prevent fraud and abuse.
• Process payments, manage trials and subscriptions, and send billing notices.
• Respond to inquiries and provide support.
• Monitor performance, conduct analytics, and develop new features.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Where applicable (e.g., EEA/UK), we rely on the following legal bases: performance of contract, legitimate interests (service improvement, security), consent (optional communications/cookies), and legal obligation.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and analyze site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Optional analytics/marketing cookies are used only with consent where required by law.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal information. We share data with trusted service providers acting as processors to operate the Services, for example:

• Identity and authentication (e.g., AWS Cognito and identity providers you select).
• Payments and subscriptions (Stripe).
• AI infrastructure and hosting providers to process prompts and generate outputs.
• Customer support, email delivery, logging, and analytics vendors.

These providers process data under contractual safeguards. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction.

International transfers

Your information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) with our processors to protect your information.

Data retention

• Account data is stored while your account remains active. If you request deletion or close your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days, subject to the exceptions below.
• Generated content and inputs are retained so you can access your history and are deleted when you remove them or when your account is deleted.
• Usage logs and diagnostics are typically retained up to 12 months for security and troubleshooting.
• Billing records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting laws (often 7 years in many jurisdictions).
• Backups may persist for up to 35 days and are purged on a rolling basis.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. California residents have additional rights (e.g., to know and delete). We do not sell personal information.

To exercise your rights or request deletion, contact us at privacy@propcraftai.com. We will verify and respond within 30 days. Deleted data may remain in backups for up to 35 days and will be removed in the normal backup cycle. Deletion requests sent to us do not cover data held by third‑party services where you have a separate account (e.g., Stripe); please contact them directly as needed.

Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us to request deletion.

Security

We implement industry‑standard technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide additional notice where required.
