Overview

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of PropCraft AI, a product of Aibillity LLC (“PropCraft AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Services in any way, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activities under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

Subscriptions, trials, and billing

  • Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until canceled.
  • Free trials, promotional offers, and plan limits are described on our pricing page and may change.
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current term.
  • Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law. Partial periods are not prorated.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or deceptive activities.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access non‑public areas.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties without our written consent.
  • Avoid uploading sensitive personal data unless necessary; you are responsible for your inputs.

AI outputs and accuracy

AI‑generated content may contain inaccuracies or omissions and is provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs, verifying facts (including MLS compliance), and ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and rules. We do not provide legal, compliance, or professional advice.

Intellectual property and licenses

  • You retain ownership of inputs and, to the extent permitted by law, the outputs generated for you.
  • You grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive license to host, process, and display your inputs and outputs solely to provide and improve the Services.
  • We may use anonymized and aggregated data to enhance performance and reliability.
  • We use third‑party AI and infrastructure providers under agreements that restrict training on your content; we do not authorize providers to use your content for their model training.

Service changes and availability

Features and availability may change. We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, and third‑party outages may affect access.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Services or your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or for scheduled or emergency maintenance. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Some provisions survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, payment obligations).

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE OR ERROR‑FREE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIBILLITY LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless Aibillity LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law; disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
